Part of the message is that there is a huge difference between "Wants" and "Needs" ....Master Saneiv's only Want is that His Needs are met, and that YOUR needs are met.
Specifically, What are the NEEDS of Master Saneiv ? My needs are strongly connected to YOUR needs, to provide an incredible environment for you and fellow members, Especially your needs on a spiritual-level, But your needs on the physical-level will also be met.
I lead by example. All of my time, energy and money is directed towards providing the only true version of spiritual enlightenment on a local and global level.
I personally believe that a Strong Authoritarian leader should be mandatory for almost any group. The definition of Authoritarian says that it is usually "at the expense of freedom"...This part is not true. How can you have true freedom if you cannot choose to follow an Authoritarian Leader ?
