We believe that Women's Self-Defense should skip most of the traditional applications of physical self-defense. Most of your self-defense should be based on firearms safety and practical training, and the other part of your training should be based on The Master's Spiritual Enlightenment Training. Highly developed Awareness and Prevention. To put most of your training focus on physical self-defense; punching and kicking, submission holds and escapes, etc...Chances are extremely unlikely that you will come out on top if you try to "punch it out" with an adult male.
